Roster Arbitration Procedure. Disputes regarding the placement of any person on, or the removal of any person from, the Industry Experience Roster arising from the contention that the person is not eligible to be placed on the roster, or from the contention that the person should be removed from the roster under the applicable Agreement shall be resolved in the following manner:
