Common use of Room Clause in Contracts

The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Confederation College Residence - ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident.

The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Confederation Niagara College Residence - ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇Welland Campus” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident.
