Roll-up Door Access. Tenant will have exclusive access to six Roll-Up Doors within the Premises (each of which are depicted on Exhibit C) (“Tenant’s Roll-Up Doors”) to accommodate Tenant’s roll off truck business that consists of roll-off trucks delivering incoming recyclables, to provide Tenant’s access to Loading Docks and to provide Tenant’s access to Bay 6.
