Roll-out. At least 20% of the VPTs shall be provided by the Universal service provider within one year from the effective data of the Agreement and a minimum of 60% of VPTs shall be provided by the end of 2nd year. The balance of the VPTs shall be provided by the end of third year from the effective data of Agreement. For the VPTs that are not provided as per the roll –out required to the achieved by the end of second and third year respectively from the effective data of the Agreement , without prior written concurrence of the Administrator, the delayed period shall entail recovery of Liquidated Damages (▇.▇.) . The USP shall provide a monthly statement in Annexure-v containing details of the VPTs provided during the month. Provided further, that for the VPTs that are provided within 30 calendar days of the expiry of the relevant period from the effective data, the Administrator shall accept the services without levy of the ▇.▇. charges. For the shortfall in providing the required number of VPTs by the end of second and third year respectively, the Administrator shall be entitled to recover Liquidated Damages at the rate of 5% of front loaded subsidy payable for those VPTs for each calendar month of dalai or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10% of the front loaded subsidy thus payable for those VPTs. For the purpose of charging the liquidated Damages, the Representive rate for the front loaded subsidy applicable for the respective SSA in the service Area , where the relevant rollout obligation of providing VPTS has not been fulfilled, shall be taken in to account. The Administrator may also decide to invite fresh bids in respect of unfulfilled roll out.

Roll-out. 1. The Hype Magazine Television Network will utilize previously created sizzle reels created by Jus Swagg TV to introduce the DaBLOCK television program to its au- dience. 2. We will, as a collective, select an official first-air date on The Hype Magazine Tele- vision Network following a suitable introduction series via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ online portal. 3. Add coming soon announcements via online and social media platforms from all parties as to the addition of the programming to The Hype Magazine Television Network. 4. Insert DaBLOCK promo reel into current programming breaks on The Hype Maga- zine Television Network. 5. On selected first-air date insert DaBLOCK program into the broadcast lineup. 6. Jus Swagg TV to create coming soon and segment promo spots for each seg- ment announcing the show on The Hype Magazine Television Network.

Roll-out. Corporation shall not be required to fund the media roll-out of the Show if Corporation determines that: (a) In Corporation's sole discretion, or upon advice of counsel, the risk of airing the Show is unacceptable; (b) Client, in Corporation's opinion, cannot manufacture or deliver sufficient quantities of Product in relation to media time purchased; (c) Client's relationships with its service vendors such as its inbound telemarketer, Fulfillment Company and Product manufacturer are unacceptable to Corporation; (d) Client's right to sell the Product is in question; (e) The Test Results are unsatisfactory; or (f) Client is in material breach of this Agreement.

Roll-out. Upon request of CUSTOMER, AZERFON shall provide the SIM Cards connected to the AMI according to Roll-out Schedules attached hereto. Such requests for the supply of SIM Cards must be provided to AZERFON in 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the date when connectivity is required, and any changes in Schedules must be provided to AZERFON at least 2 (two) months prior to requested date.
