Roll Call Pay. Employees who are required to attend roll call as part of their assignments shall be entitled to roll call pay for actual time spent in roll call outside regular hours of work.

Roll Call Pay. Effective July 1, 2004, Correction Officers and Psychiatric Attendants in the Department of Rehabilitation and Correction shall be entitled to thirty (30) minutes of roll call pay at straight time for reporting not less than ten (10) minutes prior to the beginning of their shift. Roll call pay shall not be considered time in active pay status for the purposes of Article 13, Section 13.10.

If an EXTRA OPERATOR who is frozen on early (A.M.) ROLL CALL goes to work on any assignment, emergency or otherwise, during that ROLL CALL period, he will be paid at the regular rate for the time he is actually frozen during that ROLL CALL period. ROLL CALL and are not permitted to go to work during that ROLL CALL period will be paid at the regular rate for the time they are actually frozen during that ROLL CALL period. ROLL CALL and has not answered any previous ROLL CALL THAT DAY, he will be paid at the regular rate for the time actually frozen during that ROLL CALL period. Operators sitting ROLL CALL on those days on which holidays are observed will be guaranteed eight (8) hours pay at the prevailing holiday rate. All EXTRA OPERATORS who serve on ROLL CALL, will have the hours sitting on roll call go towards their 40 hour overtime calculation.
