Role Description. This Key Individual is responsible for leading the operations and maintenance compliance and is directly responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and integration of the Operability and Maintainability Parameters into the Design and Construction. The O&M Leader shall have the authority to act on behalf of Project Co in providing operability and maintainability direction on Design and Construction decisions.
