Common use of RMA Process Clause in Contracts

RMA Process. Each party will follow the RMA Process set forth in Exhibit 8.6 and the quality requirements set forth in Exhibit 4.1.8, with respect to the return and delivery of Products that are subject to in-warranty or out-of-warranty repair by FLEXTRONICS. FLEXTRONICS will promptly repair or replace Products returned for repair and rework to their most current version at commercially reasonable terms to be negotiated by the parties, unless otherwise directed by Veraz, within thirty (30) days after their receipt and will redeliver to Veraz such repaired or reworked products prior to the expiration of such period.
