RMA Process. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, the End User or Transferee must (a) notify the Authorised Reseller from whom the Covered Product(s) was purchased; (b) provide proof of the original purchase; (c) provide a description of the alleged defect; and (d) provide the relevant serial number and the Warranty Start Date.
