Rivers. 1. Where the Inter-Entity Boundary Line follows a river, the line shall follow natural changes (accretion or erosion) in the course of the river unless otherwise agreed. Artificial changes in the course of the river shall not affect the location of the Inter-Entity Boundary Line unless otherwise agreed. No artificial changes may be made except by agreement among the Parties. 2. In the event of sudden natural changes in the course of the river (avulsion or cutting of new bed), the line shall be determined by mutual agreement of the Parties. If such event occurs during the period in which the IFOR is deployed, any such determination shall be subject to the approval of the IFOR Commander.

Rivers. Except as disclosed in the Environmental Report, no part of the Real Estate contains "waters of the United States," as defined in 33 CFR 328, that would be impacted by the Project or for which appropriate Permits have not been obtained, and the Project will not include the discharging of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States as such activity is described and regulated by Section 404 of the Clean Water Act 33 U.S.C. Section 1344.

Rivers. The Company will maintain the current driver's room. The employer and the Union recognize the importanceof promoting safe working conditions and the safe handling of equipment at all times. It is equally recognized to be in the best interestsof all parties to at all times comply with the statutes and regulations which pertain to the operation of commercial vehicles. A joint health safety committee consisting of two members from the union and two members from the Company will be established. All members of this committee will receive industry related training from the workers health safety centre at company expense with no loss of wages. All vehicles shall be equipped with heaters, defrosters, heated mirrors and windshield washers in the interest of safety and such equipment shall be kept in proper working order. All units will be equipped with air ride seats. All trucks equipped with air conditioning will be in working condition by May 1st of each calendar year. No unit will be deemed if non safety related equipment is not working. The Company will make needed repairs to such equipment by the next service of the particular unit. The employees agree to abide by the driving rules as laid down by the and Highway Traffic Act. It is understood that the employee must immediately report to the Company any accident involving a Company vehicle or any loss or damage to cargo. No employee shall be compelled to take out equipment which is not in safe mechanical condition.
