Common use of Rights with Respect to the Shares Clause in Contracts

Rights with Respect to the Shares. With respect to the Shares, you shall be entitled to exercise the rights of a shareholder of Stock of the Company, including the right to vote the Shares and the right to receive dividends and distributions thereon as provided in Sections 8(b) and (c) of this Agreement, unless and until the Shares are forfeited pursuant to Sections 4 or 6 hereof. Your rights with respect to the Shares shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the date or dates on which such rights become vested, and the restrictions with respect to the Shares lapse, in accordance with Sections 3 or 4 hereof.

Your rights with respect to the Shares shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the date or dates on which such rights become vested, and the restrictions with respect to the Shares lapse, in accordance with Sections Section 3 or Section 4 hereof.

Your rights with respect to the Shares shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the date or dates on which such rights become vested, and the restrictions with respect to the Shares lapse, in accordance with Sections 3 Section 3, 4 or 4 5 hereof.
