Common use of Rights to Data Clause in Contracts

Rights to Data. 14.1 Subject to the provisions of Condition 13, the Authority reserves the right to have access to and to use Data compiled during the course of the Research and will respect existing guidance on confidentiality of any Data which it obtains.
