Rights, Privileges and Use. Subject to the provisions of this Affiliate Agreement and the Authority Rules and Regulations, and incidental to Affiliated Airline’s Air Transportation Business at the Airport, Affiliated Airline shall be entitled to use the Affiliated Airline Premises as permitted under the Space Rental Agreement (derivative of Airline’s rights thereunder), and otherwise as may be designated or changed by Authority staff in writing from time to time.
