Rights of the Limited Partners. Each of the Limited Partners shall look solely to the assets of the Partnership for all distributions with respect to the Partnership and such Partner’s Capital Contribution (including return thereof), and such Partner’s share of profits or losses thereof, and shall have no recourse therefor (upon dissolution or otherwise) against the General Partner or any other Limited Partner. No Partner shall have any right to demand or receive property other than cash upon dissolution and termination of the Partnership.
