Rights of Ownership. All computer programs and procedures employed or developed by or on behalf of RFS to perform services required to be provided by RFS under this Agreement are the property of RFS. All records and other data except such computer programs and procedures are the exclusive property of the Trust and all such other records and data shall be furnished to the Trust in appropriate form as soon as practicable after termination of this Agreement for any reason.
