Rights of Agents. It is understood and agreed that the Agents shall have the same rights and powers hereunder (including the right to give such instructions) as the other Lenders and may exercise such rights and powers, as well as their rights and powers under other agreements and instruments to which they are or may be party, and engage in other transactions with the Loan Parties, as though they were not the Agents. Each Agent and their respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of commercial or investment banking, trust, advisory or other business with the Loan Parties and their Affiliates as if it were not an Agent thereunder.
Rights of Agents. Each institution serving as an Agent hereunder shall have the same rights and powers in its capacity as a Lender as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not an Agent, and such bank and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower or any Subsidiary or other Affiliate thereof as if it were not an Agent hereunder.
Rights of Agents. The benefits, privileges and other rights provided to any Agent set forth in this Article X shall apply to (and not be limited by) any other Loan Document.

Each Agent, the Canadian Agent and its respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of commercial or investment banking, trust, advisory or other business with the Loan Parties and their Affiliates as if it were not an Agent or Canadian Agent thereunder.

It is understood and agreed that Bank of America shall have the same rights and powers hereunder (including the right to give such instructions) as the other Lenders and may exercise such rights and powers, as well as its rights and powers under other agreements and instruments to which it is or may be party, and engage in other transactions with the Borrowers, as though it were not the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent, respectively, of the Lenders under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, the Agents and their Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of commercial or investment banking, trust, advisory or other business with the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries and Affiliates as if it were not the Agent hereunder.

It is understood and agreed that Fleet and FRF shall have the same rights and powers hereunder (including the right to give such instructions) as the other Lenders and may exercise such rights and powers, as well as its rights and powers under other agreements and instruments to which it is or may be party, and engage in other transactions with the Borrowers, as though it were not the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent, respectively, of the Lenders under this Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that Fleet and FRG shall each have the same rights and powers hereunder (including the right to give such instructions) as the other Lenders and may exercise such rights and powers, as well as its rights and powers under other agreements and instruments to which it is or may be party, and engage in other transactions with any Borrower, as though they were not the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent, respectively, of the Lenders under this Agreement. The Agents and their affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of commercial or investment banking, trust, advisory or other business with the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries and Affiliates as if it were not the Agent hereunder.
Rights of Agents. (a) Each of the Lenders and each Issuing Bank hereby irrevocably appoints (i) the Administrative Agent as its agent and authorizes the Administrative Agent to take such actions on its behalf and to exercise such powers as are delegated to the Administrative Agent by the terms of the Senior Loan Documents, together with such actions and powers as are reasonably incidental thereto, (ii) the Collateral Agent as its agent and authorizes the Collateral Agent to take such actions on its behalf and to exercise such powers as are delegated to the Collateral Agent by the terms of the Senior Loan Documents, together with such actions and powers as are reasonably incidental thereto and (iii) the Borrowing Base Agent as its agent and authorizes the Borrowing Base Agent to take such actions on its behalf and to exercise such powers as are delegated to the Borrowing Base Agent by the terms of this Agreement, together with such actions and powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.
Rights of Agents. Staff members, Assistants for Performance and Others) The Boarding Person agrees that the agents of JAMSTEC, the Master/the Crewmembers of MIRAI or the staff members of JAMSTEC can enjoy and rely on the provisions of this Agreement set out for the benefits of JAMSTEC as if those were expressly provided for such persons.
