Common use of Rights as a Shareholder Clause in Contracts

Rights as a Shareholder. The Participant shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to any Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Options until the Participant becomes a holder of record thereof, and no adjustment shall be made for dividends or distributions or other rights in respect of any Common Shares for which the record date is prior to the date upon which the Participant shall become the holder of record thereof.

Rights as a Shareholder. The Participant shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to any Common Shares issuable upon exercise underlying the Award until and unless the Participant’s name is entered in the Company’s Register of the Options until the Participant becomes a holder of record thereof, and no adjustment shall be made for dividends or distributions or other rights in respect of any Common Shares for which the record date is prior to the date upon which the Participant shall become Members as the holder of record thereofsuch shares and a Share certificate is issued to the Participant upon payment with respect to the Award.

Rights as a Shareholder. The A Participant shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to Common Stock covered by any Common Shares issuable upon exercise of Options or Stock Appreciation Rights until such Participant shall have become the Options until the Participant becomes a holder owner of record thereofof any such shares, and no adjustment shall be made for dividends in cash or other property or distributions or other rights in with respect of to any such Common Shares Stock for which the record date is prior to the date upon on which the such Participant shall have become the holder owner of record thereofof any such shares; provided, however, that Participants are entitled to share adjustments to reflect capital changes under Section 11.07.

Rights as a Shareholder. The Participant shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to any shares of Common Shares issuable upon Stock which may be purchased by exercise of this Option unless and until a certificate or certificates representing such shares are duly issued and delivered to the Options until Participant. No adjustment shall be made for dividends or distributions or other rights in respect of any Common Shares for which the record date is prior to the date upon which the Participant shall become the holder such stock certificate is issued except as provided for in Sections 8 or 9 of record thereofthis Agreement.

No adjustment shall be made for dividends or distributions or other rights in respect of any Common Shares for which the record date is prior to the date upon which the Participant shall become the holder of record thereofsuch stock certificate is issued.
