Common use of Rights and Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Rights and Restrictions. 1. Nothing contained in this procedure shall be construed as limiting the right of any member of the bargaining unit having a complaint or problem to discuss the matter with any appropriate member of the administration and having the complaint or problem adjusted without having the intervention and/or consultation of the Association, provided the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this contract.
