RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. During the last one hundred twenty (120) days of the Term or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to go upon the Premises to show same to prospective tenants or purchasers and to post appropriate signs, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice to Tenant.
