RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Lessor may show the Premises to prospective purchasers and mortgagees; and during the twelve (12) months prior to termination of this Lease, to prospective tenants, during Building Hours on reasonable notice to Lessee.

RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Landlord and Landlord's Agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times to show them to prospective purchasers or mortgagees and, during the last six {6) months of the Term (or the last six (6) months of any renewal term if this Lease is renewed), to show the Premises then to prospective tenants.
