Right to Retire. The Company may, at its sole discretion and without incurring any liability to you, retire from any jurisdiction and discontinue or withdraw any insurance product from any jurisdiction where you are licensed, without prejudice to the right of the Company to continue said insurance products in any other jurisdiction.
