Right to Retain, Delete or Suspend Access. You agree that You shall not rely on the System for backup or storage of Your Content. Vendor may retain Your Content even if You are no longer using the System but is not required to provide copies of Your Content to You. Vendor may permanently delete or erase Your Content or suspend Your access to Your Content through the System at any time and for any reason.
