Common use of Right to Refusal Clause in Contracts

Right to Refusal. Issaquah shall have the right to refuse to accept any inmate from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Island who, in the judgment of Issaquah, has a current illness or injury which may adversely affect the operations of the Issaquah Jail, has a history of serious medical problems, presents a substantial risk of escape, or presents a substantial risk of injury to other persons or property or themselves.
