Common use of Right to Make Copies Clause in Contracts

Right to Make Copies. DSI shall have the right to make copies of the Deposit Materials as reasonably necessary to perform this Agreement. DSI shall copy all copyright, nondisclosure, and other proprietary notices and titles contained on the Deposit Materials onto any copies made by DSI. With all Deposit Materials submitted to DSI, Depositor shall provide any and all instructions as may be necessary to duplicate the Deposit Materials, including, but not limited to, the hardware and/or software needed, Any copying expenses incurred by DSI as a result of a request to copy will be borne by the Party requesting the copies. Alternatively, DSI may notify Depositor requiring its reasonable cooperation in promptly copying the Deposit Materials in order for DSI to perform this Agreement.
