Right to Inspect and Attach Comment. Employees and former employees shall have the right to 30 inspect all contents of their own District personnel files. An AR shall, at the employee’s request, 31 accompany the employee in this review. Employees shall be given the opportunity to attach written 32 comments to any material(s) contained in their files. Employees with derogatory materials or 33 unsatisfactory evaluations in their files shall have the right to complete an inventory form specifying 34 the contents of their file which the employee and the Superintendent shall verify by signature.
