Right to Exhibit Premises. 41. The Lessor and its agents may at all reasonable times enter the demised premises to exhibit the same for purposes of sale and may at all reasonable times during the last six (6) months of the term of this Lease enter the demised premises to exhibit the same for purposes of rent and, in addition thereto, may display the usual "For Sale" and "To Let" signs therein in conjunction therewith.
