Registration on Title. Tenant shall not register this Lease in full on the title to the Premises. If Tenant wishes to register a notice of this Lease, Tenant may do so provided that Landlord has first approved such notice in writing at Tenant’s expense. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Lease and the terms of such notice or short form, the terms of this Lease shall prevail. Tenant agrees that it will, at its sole expense, discharge and withdraw from title any such registration within 30 days after the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease. If such registration is not discharged and withdrawn during the aforesaid time, Landlord shall have the right and is hereby appointed by Tenant as its agent and attorney to prepare, execute and register such documentation as is required to discharge and withdraw any such registration.
Registration on Title. The City is entitled to register a caveat under the Land Titles Act, RSA 2000, Chapter L-4, as amended, in respect of this Agreement against the Certificates of Title for the Development Lands. The caveat may be registered for purposes of providing notice of the responsibilities of the Parties under this Agreement. If requested by the Owners in writing, the City agrees to postpone this caveat in favour of financing related to the Development Lands. Upon compliance by the Owners with all terms of this Agreement, and upon receipt by the City of a written request, the City shall prepare the discharge of the caveat.
