Common use of Right to Examine Servicer Records Clause in Contracts

Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during normal business hours or as otherwise acceptable to the Servicer, upon reasonable advance notice. The Servicer hereby agrees that it shall reasonably cooperate in any such examination and oversight, including without limitation, granting access to any and all of the Servicer’s books, records, personnel and servicing operations or other information, including without limitation, electronic data its storage, the Servicer’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans and testing results, and any audit reports (including SAS 70 II audit reports) relating to its operations.
