Common use of Right to Examine Servicer Records Clause in Contracts

Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice.

Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner Owner, or its designee, shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice. The Owner Purchaser shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice.

The Owner Purchaser, upon reasonable notice, shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice.

The Owner Purchaser shall have the right to examine and audit at the Purchaser's sole cost and expense any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice.

The Purchaser shall pay its own travel expenses associated with such examination.

Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner Purchaser shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during normal business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstanceshours, upon reasonable advance written notice. Any such examination or audit shall not be an expense of the Servicer.

Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Servicer, whether held by the Servicer or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during normal business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstancesotherwise acceptable to the Servicer, upon reasonable advance notice; provided that the Owner shall not so audit more than once per quarter.
