Right to Enter and Take Possession. (a) If any Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Grantor, upon demand of Grantee, shall forthwith surrender to Grantee the actual possession of the Property and, to the extent permitted by law, Grantee itself, or by such officers or agents as it may appoint, may enter and take possession of the Property and may exclude Grantor and Grantor’s agents and employees wholly therefrom.
