Right to Consult Counsel. The Executive acknowledges that he has had an opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel of the Executive’s choosing with regard to the terms of this Agreement, or has been advised by the Company of his right to seek such consultation, and that the Executive has entered into this Agreement pursuant to such independent legal consultation or notwithstanding his decision not to seek such consultation, as the case may be.
