Right to Consult Counsel. The Escrow Agent may consult with legal counsel of its own choosing, at the reasonable expense of the Grantor (to the extent documented) in accordance with Section 1.08 hereof, as to any matter relating to this Agreement, and the Escrow Agent will not incur any liability in acting in good faith in accordance with any advice from such counsel.
