Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Receiving Party from disclosing Confidential Information to the extent the Receiving Party is legally compelled to do so by any governmental, investigative or judicial agency pursuant to proceedings over which such agency has jurisdiction; provided, however, that prior to any such disclosure, the Receiving Party shall: (i) assert the confidential nature of the Confidential Information to the agency; (ii) immediately notify the Disclosing Party in writing of the agency’s order or request to disclose; and (iii) cooperate fully with the Disclosing Party in protecting against any such disclosure and/or obtaining a protective order narrowing the scope of the compelled disclosure and protecting its confidentiality.

  • Contractor Communication or Disclosure The Contractor shall not make any public statements, press releases, publicity releases, or other similar communications concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • Communications and Confidentiality The Contractor agrees that it will make no statements, press releases, or publicity releases concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, or any particulars thereof, during the period of the Contract, without first notifying the Department’s Contract Manager or the Department designated contact person and securing prior written consent. The Contractor’s confidentiality procedures must be consistent with the most recent version of the Department security policies, protocols, and procedures.   • Privilege for Communications The official communications of the Bank shall be accorded by each member the same treatment that it accords to the official communications of other members.
