Common use of Right to Claim a Lien Clause in Contracts

Right to Claim a Lien. Pursuant to Chapter 62 of the Texas Property Code, the Brokers hereby disclose their right to claim a lien based on the commission agreement set forth in this Section 15 and any other commission agreements referenced in this Contract or applicable to the transaction contemplated by this Contract. This disclosure is hereby incorporated in any such commission agreements.
