Common use of Right to Change Location Clause in Contracts

Right to Change Location. When additional information regarding the subsurface conditions becomes available to the Fund as a result of the excavation work, further testing or otherwise, it may be found desirable to change the location, alignment, dimensions or grades to conform to such conditions. The Fund reserves the right to make such reasonable changes in the work as, in its opinion, may be considered necessary or desirable; such changes and any adjustments in the Contract consideration as a result thereof are to be made in accordance with the pro­visions of Sections 2.04, 2.05 and 4.02 of the Agreement.
