Right Personal. The Exterior Sign Right is personal to Guardant Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any person or entity other than a Permitted Transferee which is an assignee of the Lease and which has satisfied the requirements of Sections 10.01 and 10.05 of the Existing Lease.
