Right Personal. The Extension Right is personal to Tenant and is not assignable without Landlord's consent, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord's sole discretion separate and apart from any consent by Landlord to an assignment of Tenant's interest in this Lease, except that the Extension Right may be assigned in connection with any Permitted Assignment of this Lease.
Right Personal. The right to Monument Signage under this Section is personal to Codexis and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to, any person or entity.
Right Personal. The Exterior Sign Right under this Section is personal to Genomic, and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any person or entity.

The Exterior Sign Right under this Section is personal to Maxygen and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any person or entity other than an assignee of the Lease which has satisfied the requirements of Article Ten of the Lease.

The Exterior Sign Right is personal to Guardant Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any person or entity other than a Permitted Transferee which is an assignee of the Lease and which has satisfied the requirements of Sections 10.01 and 10.05 of the Existing Lease.
Right Personal. The Expansion Right is personal to NextCure, Inc. and is not assignable without Landlord’s consent, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion separate and apart from any consent by Landlord to an assignment of Tenant’s interest in this Lease.
Right Personal. The Building monument signage right under this Section is personal to Guardant Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any person or entity except with respect to an assignment or sublease to a Permitted Transferee in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.01(e).
