Common use of RIGHT OF ACCESS TO EMPLOYER’S PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

RIGHT OF ACCESS TO EMPLOYER’S PROPERTY. Section 1: The Employer agrees to admit to its offices the authorized representative of the Union for the purposes of adjusting grievances and conducting other legitimate, appropriate Union business. The representative shall advise the Employer of such visits, including the purpose and expected duration of the visit, at least 48 hours in advance by requesting access from the Agency Director or his/her designated representative. The Company shall provide reasonable space within its local office to conduct the above described business. The union representative will be present only in the space provided due to HIPPA and other confidentiality regulations.
