RIGGING. If rigging is not included as part of the of Equipment, Customer is required to provide any and all rigging to be used with the Equipment, including but not limited to, chokers, slings, straps, chains, hooks, spreaders, fittings, rope or wire. Customer and the Lift Director assume the responsibility for the method of rigging, the condition of the rigging, the condition and use of any lifting lugs. Customer hereby covenants and agrees that each of Customer’s agents, representatives, servants, employees and other personnel involved in the rigging of any load lifted or to be lifted within the scope of this Agreement, is and shall be, at all times, competent and capable, through education, training, experience, skill and physical fitness, as necessary, to perform the functions they are assigned by the Lift Director.
