Flying People. The flying of people will not be allowed in the venue unless a professional rigging contractor that specializes in such flying is hired by the producing party. Flying a person refers to any activity that involves that person being suspended above or raised off of the floor, such as in a harness, on a piece of scenery, by holding on to a rope, etc.
