RFID Clause Samples

The RFID clause establishes the terms under which Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is used within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party regarding the implementation, maintenance, and security of RFID tags and readers, and may specify how data collected via RFID is to be handled or shared. By clearly defining these aspects, the clause helps ensure proper use of RFID systems, protects sensitive information, and prevents disputes related to data management or technology misuse.
