Revision Date. The amendments provided for in this Amendment shall be effective as of the first day of the first month following the month in which the sale of the stock of Pinnacle Airlines Corp. occurs pursuant to the Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-83354) (the “Revision Date”).
