Review of Submittals other than Work Plans. 1. The Department shall timely notify Applicant in writing of its approval or disapproval of each submittal other than a Work Plan in accordance with 6 NYCRR § 375-1.6. All Department-approved submittals shall be incorporated into and become an enforceable part of this Agreement.
