Review Documents. The Contractor shall carefully study and compare all drawings, specifications, and other instructions and shall at once report to the County Project Manager any error, inconsistency, or omission which it may discover but Contractor shall not be liable to the County for any damage resulting from any errors or deficiencies in the contract documents or other instructions by the County if the provisions hereinafter set forth are carried out by Contractor. Except as otherwise specifically provided hereinafter under warranties, the Contractor shall not be an agent for the County.
