Review Documents. The contractor shall carefully study and compare all drawings, specifications, and other instructions to identify any errors, inconsistencies, omissions, ambiguities, interference, etc., and shall, at once, report to the County’s Project Manager any and all errors, inconsistencies, omissions, ambiguities, interference, etc., in a timely manner, before it is a problem. The contractor is responsible for all such problems, which are known or should have discovered by a reasonably diligent review, and performance, which are known or should have known is inconsistent with the general design concept or with industry standards.
