Review and Disposition of Nonconforming Product. Developer shall define the responsibility for review and authority for the disposition of nonconforming product. A nonconformance shall be defined as any condition in equipment, materials, or processes that do not comply with required plans, specifications, codes, standards, documentation, records, procedures, or requirements of the PPA Documents that cause the acceptability of equipment, materials, or processes to be unacceptable or indeterminate.
