Review and Appeal in the Case of Denial of Renewal. (i) A candidate who is not recommended for renewal of a probationary appointment by a Department Renewals and Tenure Committee may make a written appeal which shall be considered by the College Review Committee. The candidate is entitled to appear before that body and to be accompanied by a colleague from the same College.
