Common use of REU Partners Clause in Contracts

REU Partners. (i) On the date of this Agreement, immediately following the Holdings Partnership Division, the REU Partners shall hold the REU Interests, which shall have the Units set forth on Schedule 4.02 and Schedule 5.01, respectively. Upon the issuance of such REU Interests to the REU Partners, such REU Partners were deemed automatically admitted as Limited Partners with respect to such Interests and bound by this Agreement.
