Common use of Returning Employees Clause in Contracts

Returning Employees. An employee who has resigned from Paragon Orthotic Laboratory Ltd., and who is rehired after no more than two (2) years from the effective date of resignation, will be assigned the same increment step that he/she occupied at resignation. The first day of re-employment shall become his/her increment anniversary date.
