Common use of Returning Employees Clause in Contracts

Returning Employees. Workers previously employed by the Employer who return to employment with the Employer shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their cumulative career hours (CCH). If CCH is not verifiable, the employee shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their previous hours of experience with the Employer.
