Common use of Return of Records and Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Records and Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment with the Company or at any time upon the Company’s request, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company any and all of the Company’s and its Affiliate’s records and any and all of the Company’s and its Affiliate’s property in his possession or under his control, including manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, printouts, computer disks, computer tapes, source codes, data, tables or calculations and all copies thereof, documents that in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or Confidential Information of the Company or its Affiliates and all copies thereof, and keys, access cards, access codes, passwords, credit cards, personal computers, telephones and other electronic equipment belonging to the Company or its Affiliates.

Return of Records and Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment with the Company or at any time upon the Company’s request, Executive shall will promptly deliver to the Company any and all of the Company’s Company and its Affiliate’s Affiliate records and any and all of the Company’s Company and its Affiliate’s Affiliate property in his Executive’s possession or under his Executive’s control, including without limitation manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, printouts, computer disks, computer tapes, source codes, data, tables or calculations and all copies thereof, documents that in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or Confidential Information confidential, proprietary or other secret information of the Company or its Affiliates and all copies thereof, and keys, access cards, access codes, passwords, credit cards, personal computers, telephones and other electronic equipment belonging to the Company or its Affiliates.

Upon termination of Executive’s employment with the Company Termination Date or at any time upon the Company’s (or its successors’) reasonable request, Executive Director shall promptly deliver to the Company any and all of the Company’s and its Affiliate’s records and any and all of the Company’s and its Affiliate’s property in his possession or under his control, including manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, printouts, computer disks, computer tapes, source codes, data, tables tables, or calculations calculations, and all copies thereof, documents that in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or Confidential Information confidential, proprietary, or other secret information of the Company Company, or its Affiliates respective subsidiaries or affiliates, and all copies thereof, and keys, access cards, access codes, passwords, credit cards, personal computers, telephones telephones, and other electronic equipment belonging to the Company or its AffiliatesCompany.
